Cherry Almond Biscotti

First biscotti! I can't tell if they came out they way they're supposed to be, I don't think Italian grandmas would approve. But now my door to the world of biscotti is open, and my curiosity will very likely spend some time there. I like to enjoy them with coffee, they compliment the strong, bitter taste - nutty, a bit fruity, and white chocolate-y *chef's kiss* I also had so much fun playing with the white chocolate patterns, amazing what a few drops of food colouring do to a blank canvas!
