Matcha Sesame Cookie (Japan)

This cookie is three different cookies combined into one - matcha, black sesame and vanilla. The best part? It's also gluten free and vegan - cookies for *everybody*!

These were the bomb right out of the oven, but seem to lose its texture the next day. Just like biking (or over-biking for me), I'm an over-baking kind of person. So I pop them in toaster to crisp them up, if you got this in your cookie box and like crispy cookies, I suggest to do the same.
